1. Get Pricing
Fill out the form under our "Get Pricing" page and receive an email in return with pricing packages and available dates.
2. Schedule a tour
There's nothing like an in-person interaction as you begin your planning towards your event date. Walk with us through all of The Village Event venues to get a glimpse of what it will be like to enjoy it for your event. You'll find a link to schedule a tour at the end of our pricing brochures, emailed to you.
3. Reserve the Space
Secured your date with half-down of the rental fee.
4. Payment Process
Payment ONE:
50% of the Rental Fee to reserve the date/space
Payment TWO:
6 months (180 days) prior to your event for any add-on items
with "Extra Option" in the name
Payment THREE:
2 months (60 days) prior to your event
remaining 50% of Rental Fee
Payment FOUR:
30 days prior to your event for all remaining items,
and any additional enhancements
5. Week of walk-through
Come to your event space for a walk through
before the space is yours to take over.
Invite your host(s) or assistants to come along!
Upon your rental time, you will have free reign over the space and we will be here to answer any questions as you set up, have your event, and pack up to leave behind wonderful memories.
