Welcome to The Farm

Rental includes:

• Tables, chairs, and table linens (choice of 2 colors: black or white) consisting of 15 round tables for up to 150 people inside the barn and picnic style stables and benches for up to 480 people under our pergola.
• Our 100ft x 100ft pergola with custom made tables and benches. You can seat up to 400 people under this shady oasis.
• Access to our Farmhouse; enjoy a three bedroom, two bath two story farmhouse where your family or wedding party can relax after setting up; cook meals, eat, hangout and play games together and crash in the fully furnished bedrooms before all of festivities start. The farmhouse has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room; and an added bonus of front porch sitting. Wake up to coffee from our coffee bar or get those mimosas flowing as the bridal party gets all dolled up! There is plenty of space and plenty of mirrors. To finish, these quarters would be accessible for the Bride and Groom to stay after all of the festivities are completed. The Farmhouse is located on the property - so no driving or fussing with the night-ending activities.    
• Access to our Groom's Quarters; The perfect place for the men to get ready, smoke cigars, or drink from the bar. What else do the guys really need?
• One Complimentary Bottle of Champagne for Toasting

• On-Site Bar Service for Full Service Bar includes: bar set up and certified bartender present during the event.
• Drinks paid by customer per can/glass.
• We offer a standard and wide variety of beer, liquor, and wine options to provide a fully stocked bar.
• Champagne: House champagne unless special order requested
• Pre-purchase Drink Tickets Available
• The bar will open at 5pm and close at 11pm on the day of the event. If you are needing extra time, please discuss with the bar manager

• Rules and Regulations:
• Nebraska state law prohibits the service of alcoholic beverages to personas under the age of 21. The Village does not allow any liquor, beer, or wine to be brought into the building and served at any function. All functions including alcohol must conclude by 11:00pm.

• The Farm reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone, and ID's will be required and wrist bands will be given to those of age.  You will be charged for the amount of the specialty liquor that you order, leftover bottles of alcohol will not leave the premises or refunded.
