Welcome to the Village

Rental includes:

• Tables, chairs, and table linens (choice of 2 colors: black or white) for up to 250 people.
• 6 Flat Screen TV's throughout the banquet all.
• Access to kitchen prep areas, and all of the items within: Serving trays and platters, Serving utensils and dishes. Warmers and roasters, two refrigerators and freezers, punch bowls with cups, coffee stations with cups.
• Access to our amazing Bridal Suite; which includes a kitchenette for a mimosa bar or awesome beverages made on-site, or a pre-filled minibar, beautiful quarters that allow for maids and moms to help make your day special, and room to dress, relax, prepare and pamper.  To finish, these quarters turn into a wonderful bedroom space that would be accessible for the Bride and Groom to stay after all of the festivities are completed. This suite is located on the property and within the building - so no driving or fussing with the night-ending activities.   
• Access to our Groom's Vault located in the basement of the building. The Groom's Vault is complete with a pool table, hang out area, bathroom, TV, couch, darts and sleeping quarters. What else do the guys really need?
• An extra room down the stairs from the Bridal Suite where family may sit and visit with each other, a place for the kids during setup, or an extra room to put all the empty boxes from decorations. 
• Self service DJ and Sound System with two wireless hand held microphones, and App controlled DJ/Dance Floor lights (create a playlist and have a friend spark up the fun)!
• Bring your own food, or have it catered in (inquire with us for reasonable food ideas.  We also have a few vendors that are very competitive in their pricing that provide a great discount to our weekend customers!)
• One Complimentary Bottle of Champagne for Toasting.

• On-Site Bar Service for Full Service Bar includes: bar set up and certified bartender present during the event.
• Drinks paid by customer per can/glass.
• We offer a standard and wide variety of beer, liquor, and wine options to provide a fully stocked bar.
• Champagne: House champagne unless special order requested
• Pre-purchase Drink Tickets Available
• The bar will open at 5pm and close at 11pm on the day of the event. If you are needing extra time, please discuss with the bar manager

• Rules and Regulations:
• Nebraska state law prohibits the service of alcoholic beverages to personas under the age of 21. The Village does not allow any liquor, beer, or wine to be brought into the building and served at any function. All functions including alcohol must conclude by 11:00pm.

• The Village reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone, and ID's will be required and wrist bands will be given to those of age.  You will be charged for the amount of the specialty liquor that you order, leftover bottles of alcohol will not leave the premises or refunded.
