1. Get Pricing

Fill out the form under our "Get Pricing" page and receive an email in return with pricing packages and available dates. 

2. Schedule a tour

There's nothing like an in-person interaction as you begin your planning towards your wedding date. Walk with us through The Village Event spaces to get a glimpse of what it will be like to enjoy it for the entire weekend of your wedding. You'll find a link to schedule a tour at the end of our pricing brochures we email to you.

3. Book 'em

In order to reserve one of our spaces, we require 50% of the rental fee. Once you have secured your rental with the down payment; that also secures the rates, in which if the rates increase - your rates would be locked in!

4.  Make a plan

Payment ONE: due upon booking your event. (50% of the Rental Fee)

Payment TWO will be due 6 months prior to your event. This payment includes any add-on items with "Extra Option" in the name.

Payment THREE will be due 2 months prior to your event - Remaining 50% of Rental Fee

Payment FOUR will be due 30 days prior to your event for all remaining items. This payment includes any additional items.

5. Week of walk-through

The week of the wedding you will come to your event space for a walk through before the space is yours.

During this time, we will give you the code to the door, show you where cleaning items are, etc. If you have a host couple or personal attendant that would like to come with you, we have found that it is nice to have a second set of ears there as you have 100 other things to think about that are more important.

From there, you will have free reign over the space starting at your rental timeframe and we will be here to answer any questions as you set up, have your event, and pack up to leave.
